Die französische Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) hat am 30. August einen bemerkenswerten Bericht zur Überprüfung der Regeln von STS-Verbriefungen veröffentlicht. Auf 20 Seiten werden die wesentlichen Ergebnisse einer Überprüfung von fünf französischen Instituten (Originatoren, Arranger und Sponsoren) zur Umsetzung der STS-Regulierung zusammengefasst.
