Die EBA hat am 20. September 2022 den Final Draft des RTS hinsichtlich Performance-basierter Trigger für synthetische STS-Verbriefungen veröffentlicht. Ziel dieses RTS ist es, Regelungen hinsichtlich des Zeitpunkts zu schaffen, ab dem synthetische Verbriefungen von einer pro-rata auf sequenzielle Tilgung wechseln müssen, um die Investoren der Senior-Tranche vor Verlusten zu schützen.
