Implementation of STS Regulation – French Autorité des Marchés Financiers Identifies Shortcomings
Die französische Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) hat am 30. August einen bemerkenswerten Bericht zur Überprüfung der Regeln von STS-Verbriefungen veröffentlicht.
